Robert Schaub
The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland
Robert B. Schaub is Vice President and Senior Regional Officer of the Pittsburgh Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland.
Mr. Schaub joined the Bank’s Pittsburgh Office in 1975 as an Analyst Programmer in the Data Systems Support function and in 1979 was promoted to the position of Systems Analyst. In 1981, he was appointed Check Operations Manager, responsible for the Office’s Check and ACH processing functions. Mr. Schaub was named Cash Manager in 1983 and, subsequently, in 1984 was appointed Assistant Vice President responsible for the Bank’s Cash and Marketing functions. During his tenure as an Assistant Vice President, Bob has also had responsibility for the Branch’s Check, EZ Clear, Fiscal/Securities, Accounting, Building, and Protection operations. Bob was named to his current position in July 1997.
Mr. Schaub is a native of Beaver County, Pennsylvania. He holds a BS degree in Mathematics from Allegheny College, Meadville, PA. Bob is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin’s Graduate School of Banking and has completed the Advanced Management Program offered at the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University. Mr. Schaub participated in Leadership Pittsburgh, being a member of class LP XVI.
Mr. Schaub is a trustee of the Pittsburgh History and Landmarks Foundation and Family Services of Western Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the state board of Economics Pennsylvania. Bob is an active member of the Grace Church of Harmony, Harmony, PA having served in the capacity of deacon and elder. |
