William P. Egan, CPA, is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for EHS Support, Inc. He is responsible for EHS’ finance and administrative functions, including accounting, tax, legal, and human resources. Additionally, throughout his career he has successfully participated in fund raising (including attracting venture capital, Angel investors, and bank financing) and strategic planning activities, including bank and investor relations. He has over 16 years of experience working mostly with emerging companies to define and implement strategies to build company infrastructure to support fast growth. He is the author of several articles, and has been featured in The Wall Street Journal. A Certified Public Accountant, he holds an M.B.A. from Robert Morris University and a B.S. in accounting from Duquesne University. In 2009, Mr. Egan received the ‘CFO of the Year’ award from the Pittsburgh Business Times.
